| I was born June, 3 1981 and graduated high school in 1999. I was raised in a small town of approx 6,000 people in Blair, Nebraska. I grew up a country girl as we had horses growing up. I was on the Blair Swim Team for most of my childhood. I also played softball and volleyball when I was in junior high. I was also in the FFA in high school. Today, I am a forward on a hockey league in Omaha, NE called the MCHL. I am a huge Denver Broncos fan and also season ticket holder. I enjoy watching and going to sporting events, playing poker, fishing, playing sand volleyball and going to the casino. I grew up with 2 older brothers; Jason and Jeff. Growing up with 2 older brothers was the best thing I could ask for. My dad was a very hard worker all his life and I am very thankful he gave us a great upbringing. He broke horses and was a heavy equipment operator most of his life. He finished out his last working years on a feedlot. My mother was a very intelligent lady that gave up her paid working career as a teacher to raise her children and grandkids. I am so blessed to have a great family who taught me alot of valuable lessons in life.
In 1999 shortly after graduating high school I was involved in a very bad car wreck in which I had many facial lacerations from the accident. This is when my whole life changed and realized I was so fortunate to even be alive after surviving a head on collision with a pickup truck at 60 mph. It took me many years to just regain my self esteem and confidence back. After many years of job hopping and not really knowing what I really wanted to do, I worked several different jobs hoping to find something I liked to do. In 2006 I started working as a medical recruiter for a company called RSI Medical Staffing in Omaha, NE. I quickly became a top account manager in the company and really enjoyed my job. In October 2008, the company took a turn for the worse as the industry suffered tremendously and hospitals were on hiring freezes. I ended up leaving the company in 2008 and went on to work at a different medical recruiting company in the area until October 2012. After years of great success, working hard and saving money, I realized that I no longer wanted to work at another staffing agency but to start my own. I started Sharp Medical Solutions in 2013. This was one of the most rewarding days in my life. The company quickly became a success and I have been very blessed with all my friends and family who believed in me and gave me encouragement. I am especially thankful for Adam inspiring me and giving me all the strength and confidence to do this. For those of you who know me, know I love to gamble and this was the biggest gamble in life. I was always told by many successful people in life that "Risk=Reward." I look forward to the future of making Sharp Medical Solutions even a greater success. |
